TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment: 
We give our clients the ability to see and approve any media we create prior to remitting payment. This is done via our automated system that allows viewing of watermarked photos before payment, and automatically removes this watermark as soon as the balance is settled.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: 
Lyra Lopez Photography does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We know that things happen, and our goal is to be as close to part of your team as possible.

Photo Credit:
All published usages of Images will be accompanied by written credit to Photographer or copyright notice as specified. If a credit is required but not actually provided, Client agrees that the amount of the invoiced fee will be subject to a two-times multiple as reasonable compensation to Photographer for the lost value of the credit line. Copyright Notice: 
Per US Copyright Law, Lyra Lopez Photography is the copyright holder of any image/media produced by our team. This copyright is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Please contact us for licensing questions.

Photo Rights and Usage: 
Only the party who paid for our services has the usage rights for the Lyra Lopez Photography created media for any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that event. The licensing agreement is valid only for 2 years and cannot be reused without written permission or unless a specific written agreement is made.
